Travelling via the M1, exit at Junction 25 onto the A52 (Brian Clough Way) towards Derby. At the Pentagon Island Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the Underpass keeping in the right hand lane, then continue onto the A601. After roughly 0.7 miles, turn right (one-way) at the traffic signals onto the A52 (sing-posted Ashbourne). The Hotel is just a short distance ahead on the right.
